Ayurveda Remedies for Fat Loss

Remedy 1 – Cumin seed (whole jeera) tea

Ingredients required:
3 tablespoon jeera
One glass filtered water
One table spoon honey
Half a lemon

Method of preparation
Take one glass water and soak three tablespoon of cumin seeds overnight.
In the morning boil the water with cumin seeds still in it.
Strain the water and drink it as your first tea empty stomach.
You wait for the water to be lukewarm and then add honey and lemon juice to it before consuming.
After straining the tea don’t throw away the cumin seeds chew them up as cumin seeds are a good source of Iron, Manganese, and other vitamins and minerals. Ayurvedic experts quote that it stimulates the production of pancreatic enzymes and aids digestion.
